Sarita Santoshini is an independent journalist based in India, reporting on gender, social justice, and global health and development for publications such as Al Jazeera English, Foreign Policy, The Christian Science Monitor, and the Fuller Project, among others. She has received fellowships from the International Women's Media Foundation (IWMF) and the International Reporting Project (IRP) to report from East Africa and was a finalist of the 2019 Young Journalist Award by the UK Foreign Press Association and the Thomson Foundation.
