A Level II executive, he has many years of experience in public administration in the areas of training, skills development, administrative innovation, and work organization. He has held positions at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Prime Minister’s Office, where he worked on institutional communication, process analysis, public policy, and innovation projects. He has overseen national and European initiatives related to strengthening administrative capacity and enhancing human capital. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Economics and Business from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and has completed advanced training programs in public finance, digital innovation, and the transformation of the public administration.
